Bialy Rolls

Sold by the 1/2 dozen.

 

We take bialy dough and do not put the indentation into it. Instead, we flatten it out and add onions, and more onions to it. It is bigger than a regular size bialy, and is puffed up higher in the center. It looks like an Onion Kaiser Roll but tastes awhole lot better. Great for sandwiches!
