Our Specialty Bagels include a wide variety of fruit and grains. Made the same way as our traditional water bagels, we have ingredients brought in from all over the world. We are the inventors of many of the specialty bagels you see here. Check back often for NEW flavors! If you have an idea for a specialty bagel, drop us a note!
Want to try some of the more exotic bagels but don't want to order a 1/2 dozen of one specific type...then chose the Assorted Variety as tell us which ones you want included in your order.
All ingredients for specialty bagels are ordered from all over the world. All ingredients are natural. Some flavoring may be added to enhance the taste but the flavoring used is also natural. We strive to produce the best tasting bagels around.
Note: Specialty Bagels are made as special order. Therefore some may require additional prep time for baking. If this occurs, we will contact you as to the exact day of shipment.
Pumpernickel Raisin Bagels: These are the traditional pumpernickel bagels that have been made at Coney Island Bialy and Bagels for over 30 years.
Blueberry Bagels: These are one of our favorites. They are made with 100% pure blueberries and not flakes, bits or parts.
Apple-Cinnamon Bagels: Made with only 100% pure apples and genuine natural cinnamon. An apple/cinnamon bagel a day will surely keep the doctor away.
Cinnamon Raisin Bagels: These are made with Select California Raisin (the best on the market) and pure natural cinnamon.
Egg Bagels: A unique Bagel with an outstanding egg flavor. A soft, fluffy texture - that will delight the palate. They are flavored with seeds, onions or classical plain.
Marble Bagels: These are our hardest bagels to make. They are made the same time the
Rye and Pumpernickel and Plain bagels are made. When each dough is finished a small piece is cut off and added together to form the Marble Bagel, thus each Marble Bagel is made with Rye, Pumpernickel and Plain Bagel doughs.
Sour Dough Bagels: These are one of our newest bagels. We exclusively use a California Sour Dough Mix to get an authentic
San Francisco sour dough taste.
Vegetable Bagels: Your mother always said eat your vegetables, now you can and at the same time enjoy them. These bagels are made with natural vegetables, peas, carrots, onions, shallots, celery, and herbs and spices.
Sun-dried Tomato and Basil Bagels: Baked exclusively with
California
Sonoma
Valley sun-dried tomato’s and Basil spice.
Rye Bagels: Pure wholesome rye seeds are added to the traditional water bagel, that gives it a texture of real jewish rye.
Cranberry Bagels: Once made as a seasonal bagel, these bagels are now made year round. They are made with real Oceanspray cranberries.
Whole Wheat Bagels: Made with 100% pure whole wheat. Nothing else is added. Its a natural all around.
Bran and Raisin Bran Bagels: Made with a blend of bran. They are lighter than regular bran to give you a better flavor and taste. This allows for a mellower flavor. The Raisin Bran naturally is made with only
California fresh sweet raisins.
