Our Specialty Bagels include a wide variety of fruit and grain bagels. Made the same way as our traditional water bagels, we have ingredients brought in from all over the world. We are the inventors of many of the specialty bagels you see here. Check back often for NEW flavors! If you have an idea for a specialty bagel, drop us an email Want to try some of the more exotic bagels but don't want to order a 1/2 dozen of one specific type...then chose the Assorted Variety as tell us which ones you want included in your order. All ingredients for specialty bagels are delivered from all over the world. All ingredients are natural. Some flavoring may be added to enhance the taste but the flavorings used are also natural. We strive to produce the best tasting bagels around. Note: Specialty Bagels are made as special order. Therefore some may require additional prep time for baking. If this occurs, we will contact you as to the exact day of shipment.
